Instructions
- 1. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery in olive oil until softened.
- 2. Add pancetta, ground beef, and ground pork; season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- 3. Pour in red wine and reduce by half.
- 4. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, diced tomatoes, and crushed tomatoes.
- 5. Secure the lid and set to pressure cook for 15 minutes.
- 6. Once done, release pressure, and optionally reduce liquid for a thicker sauce.
- 7. Serve over cooked whole-wheat noodles and top with parmesan cheese if desired.
