Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a pot of boiling water.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix the egg replacers, sugar, and oil for about 2 minutes, then add water and vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture and melted chocolate chips, stirring for about 3 minutes.
- Stir in 1 cup of unmelted chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 square pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
