Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, oat flour, flaxseed, salt, and baking powder.
- Melt the chocolate chips with water and vanilla in a bowl, either in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Combine the melted mixture with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Prepare a square baking pan, preferably lined with parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
