Vegan Almond Flour Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the vegan eggs, sugar, and oil until combined and fluffy.
- Add the water and vanilla extract, blending for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt until fully combined.
- Mix in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 8x8 square pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or 40-45 minutes for a cake-like texture.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into 16 pieces and optionally drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
