Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking tin with parchment, lightly greasing it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg replacement and water, stir until combined and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining wet ingredients to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined without overmixing.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.
- Top the batter with mini dark chocolate chips evenly before baking.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, using a toothpick to check for doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan before serving.
