Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, white vinegar, honey, stone ground mustard, olive oil, salt, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients together until fully combined.
- Adjust the flavor to taste by adding more honey if too tart, or more lemon juice or vinegar if too sweet.
- If a creamier texture is desired, add more mayonnaise.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
