Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except toppings in a slow cooker and stir well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 ½ to 4 hours.
- Uncover and stir to combine, scraping the sides and bottom.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
