Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or container.
  2. Mix well to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
