Instructions
- Combine pumpkin puree, milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, and orange zest in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
- Add oats, pumpkin spice, and chia seeds, and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve with toppings of your choice and additional milk if needed.
