Guacamole Bruschetta

The bruschetta base

sliced about ½ inch thick (about 20 slices)
The guacamole

cilantro leaves, finely chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden and toasted, then let cool.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, and cut into chunks. Place in a bowl and add the onion, garlic, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Gently stir to combine without mashing the avocado.
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the guacamole and stir gently.
- Top each baguette slice with a spoonful of guacamole and serve.
