Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large saucepan on medium and bring the water and milk to a gentle boil.
- 2. In a large pan, add the butter or oil and heat until bubbling. Add the oats and toast for 3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- 3. Add the oats to the boiling milk and water, stir, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. While the oats are cooking, prepare your toppings.
- 5. Add all the spices to the oats, stir, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- 6. Portion the oats into bowls and top with your desired toppings.
