Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Blend the baked oats base ingredients until combined with some texture left.
- Grease a 3-4 inch ramekin with oil or butter.
- Pour about 3/4 of the baked oats batter into the ramekin.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and maple syrup (or powdered sugar) to create the filling.
- Add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture into the ramekin with the baked oats.
- Pour the remaining baked oats mixture on top of the cream cheese filling.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
