Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges, trimming the stem if desired, and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Brush the top sides of the wedges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Turn the wedges over and repeat the oiling and seasoning on the other side.
- Roast the cabbage for about 10 minutes until the edges are browned, then turn each wedge and roast for another 10-15 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with lemon if desired.
