Ingredients

The cabbage

  • 1 head cabbage

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • as needed spray cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges and place them on the pan in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until the cabbage is browned and tender.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the roasted cabbage and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
