Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Mix olive oil and pressed garlic in a bowl, then strain to remove garlic pieces.
- Add marjoram to the oil mixture and brush it onto both sides of the cabbage wedges, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Roast the cabbage for 15 minutes, then flip and roast for another 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
- Garnish with parsley, lemon, or bacon if desired, and serve warm.
