Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing the marinade ingredients and coating the chicken, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the peanut dipping sauce while the chicken is marinating.
- Soak wooden skewers in warm water for 30 minutes if using, then thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill and cook the chicken skewers for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, brushing with reserved marinade until cooked through.
- Serve the skewers topped with cilantro and green onions, drizzled with peanut sauce.
