Ingredients

The corn

  • 4 each 6-inch ears corn

The seasoning

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Place the corn on a large plate and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 15-second increments.
  4. Brush the melted butter on each ear of corn, reserving half for serving.
  5. Season the corn with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the corn in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes.
  7. Flip the corn and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until tender.
  8. Remove the corn from the air fryer, brush with remaining butter, and serve warm.
