Oven Baked Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

The corn

  • 4 ears corn on the cob

The seasoning

  • 2-3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • as needed foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine melted butter, smoked paprika, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place each ear of corn on a separate piece of foil.
  4. Drizzle the seasoned butter mixture over each ear of corn.
  5. Wrap each ear of corn in foil and place them on a sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the corn is tender, flipping halfway through.
  7. Allow the corn to cool before unwrapping the foil.
