Instructions
- Cut the corn cobs to fit your microwave.
- Soak each cob under running water and wrap in a wet paper towel.
- Microwave on high for 16 minutes for 4 cobs or 4 minutes per cob.
- Check if the kernels' color has deepened and become glossy.
- Allow to cool, then remove the paper towel and cut off the stem end.
- Peel off the husks and clean any cornsilk.
- Top each cob with 1 tablespoon of salted butter and serve.
