Instructions
- Preheat the water bath to 183°F.
- Remove husks and silks from the corn, rinse, and dry. Sprinkle with salt.
- Arrange corn in a single layer in a cooking bag.
- Slice the butter and add it to the bag along with garlic and thyme.
- Vacuum seal the bag or use the water displacement method to seal it.
- Place the bag in the water bath, weighing it down if necessary.
- Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Carefully cut the bag open and use tongs to remove the corn. Serve with extra butter, flaky salt, thyme, and crushed red pepper flakes.
