Ingredients

The corn

  • 4-6 ears corn

The flavoring

  • 2-3 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425℉ (218℃).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic butter and Creole seasoning, then set aside.
  3. Wrap each ear of corn in foil, topping with garlic butter and brushing with Creole seasoning.
  4. Place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning the tray halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve slightly cooled, brushing with more garlic butter if desired.
