Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉ (218℃).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic butter and Creole seasoning, then set aside.
- Wrap each ear of corn in foil, topping with garlic butter and brushing with Creole seasoning.
- Place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning the tray halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve slightly cooled, brushing with more garlic butter if desired.
