Garlic-Herb Butter Roasted Corn

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 ears corn, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • to taste paprika, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the melted butter, parsley, garlic, and honey to make the garlic-herb butter mixture.
  2. Boil water in a pot and cook the corn for about 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. Brush the garlic-herb butter generously on each ear of corn.
  4. Roast the corn on a cast-iron grill pan over high heat for about 5 minutes until slightly charred.
  5. Alternatively, roast in the oven at 400°F for about 10-15 minutes until charred.
  6. Drizzle with paprika if desired and serve immediately.
