Garlic Butter Grilled Corn

Ingredients

The corn

  • 4 ears corn on the cob

The garlic butter

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • to taste smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove the husks from the corn completely.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, salt, and parsley, mixing well.
  3. Slather the corn with the garlic butter using a brush.
  4. Grill the corn on an outdoor grill for about 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes to char both sides.
  5. Add smoked paprika on the grilled corn and serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter.
