Instructions
- Remove the husks from the corn completely.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, salt, and parsley, mixing well.
- Slather the corn with the garlic butter using a brush.
- Grill the corn on an outdoor grill for about 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes to char both sides.
- Add smoked paprika on the grilled corn and serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter.
