Roasted Corn with Cilantro Butter

Instructions
- Combine all cilantro butter ingredients in a ramekin and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the corn in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the corn from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the husks and silks from the corn.
- Serve each ear of corn with 2 teaspoons of cilantro butter.
