Ingredients

The corn

  • 4 ears corn, husks removed

The oil and seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil spray (olive oil recommended)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Optional butter topping

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Shuck the corn and trim the stem.
  2. Place the corn in the air fryer basket and spray both sides with olive oil.
  3. Air fry the corn at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness.
  4. If desired, remove the corn and coat it with melted garlic butter.
