Instructions
- Peel and shuck the corn.
- Place the corn in a large stock pot.
- Cover the corn with cold water.
- Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil.
- Once boiling and the corn is deep yellow, turn off the heat.
- Remove the corn from the water to cool.
- Serve immediately with butter and salt.
