Instructions
- Prepare the water by adding it to a large pot along with the corn and salt for plain boiled corn.
- Bring the water to a boil and cook the corn for 5-7 minutes, adjusting the time based on your preferred doneness.
- Once cooked, drain the water and serve the corn with garlic butter.
- For corn cooked in coconut milk, add coconut milk and water to a large pot along with the corn, Creole seasoning, thyme, and salt and pepper.
- Simmer for about 5-7 minutes, adjusting the time for desired tenderness.
- Drain the liquid and serve the corn with garlic butter.
