Instructions
- Preheat the grill over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, clean and oil the grilling grate, then grill the corn for about 8 minutes, rotating occasionally until charred.
- In an Instant Pot, add the corn and 1 cup of water, seal the lid, and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes, allowing 10 minutes for the pot to come to pressure and then do a quick release.
- Wrap each ear of corn in a damp paper towel, place on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat, add the corn, boil for 4 minutes, then remove the cobs.
