Instructions
- Remove the husk from the corn and cut the kernels off the cob, collecting them in a bowl.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add garlic, jalapeno, and Creole seasoning, stirring until fragrant.
- Combine the corn, flour, and milk, stirring until the flour is absorbed, then add to the skillet with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and add cream if desired, cooking for 7-10 minutes to reach preferred thickness.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary before serving.
