Creamed Corn

Instructions
- 1. Turn on the Sauté mode on your Instant Pot and melt the butter.
- 2. Add the diced red bell peppers and sauté until slightly softened.
- 3. Stir in the thawed corn and combine well.
- 4. Add the milk, heavy whipping cream, salt, and black pepper, and mix thoroughly.
- 5. Cover the Instant Pot, select Manual, set to High pressure, and cook for 10 minutes.
- 6. After cooking, perform a Quick Release and carefully remove the lid.
- 7. Switch to Sauté mode, add the Parmesan cheese, and cook for 2 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 8. Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
