Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Instructions
- Add the corn and butter to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and half and half, then add to the slow cooker and stir.
- Add the salt, pepper, sugar, and cream cheese. Stir well.
- Cook on Low for 3 hours or High for 2 hours, or until cheese melts.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese, taste and adjust salt, and add more milk if needed.
- Stir well and serve hot, garnished with black pepper.
