Crock Pot Creamed Corn

Instructions
- Sauté the diced onion in butter and olive oil until softened.
- Transfer the onion to the slow cooker and add corn, milk, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Scatter diced cream cheese and remaining butter on top without stirring.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours until corn is tender.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and partially puree the mixture to thicken.
- If desired, cook uncovered on high for an additional 15 minutes to thicken further.
