Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the corn and sauté for 4 minutes until it brightens in color.
- Reduce heat to medium, add flour, and cook while tossing for 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in the half and half and honey while stirring.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with chives if desired.
