Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled
  • ΒΌ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 pinch celtic sea salt

The dates

  • 20 large dates (remove pits)

Instructions

  1. Pulse the pistachios, orange juice, orange zest, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Make a slit on one side of each date and remove the pit.
  3. Fill each date with the prepared filling.
  4. Serve the stuffed dates.
