Vegan Stuffed Dates

Instructions
- Open the dates to expose the center.
- Mix ¾ cup of the powdered peanut butter with the milk until smooth, then mix in the pecans.
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ¼ cup of powdered peanut butter with maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
- Stuff about one teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture into each date and close them.
- Melt the chocolate chips with oil if using, then drizzle over the stuffed dates.
- Drizzle with the caramel mixture and optionally top with more nuts and sea salt.
- Chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes if preferred, then enjoy.
