Ingredients

  • 1 ΒΌ cup roasted salted nuts
  • 2 cups packed, pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pulse the nuts in a food processor until loosely chopped and set aside.
  2. Add the pitted dates and sea salt to the food processor and process until small bits remain or a ball forms.
  3. Scoop out approximately 16 even bites and roll them into balls.
  4. Roll the date bites in the nut mixture to coat, pressing down gently.
  5. Optionally, pulse any remaining nuts into a finer meal and roll the date bites through again for better coating.
  6. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
