Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ºF.
- Core and thinly slice the gala apples.
- Place the apple slices on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or wax paper.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the apple slices.
- Bake the apples for 1 hour, then flip them over.
- Bake for an additional hour, then remove from the oven and let rest before serving.
