Ingredients

The apples

  • 3 small gala apples

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºF.
  2. Core and thinly slice the gala apples.
  3. Place the apple slices on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or wax paper.
  4. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the apple slices.
  5. Bake the apples for 1 hour, then flip them over.
  6. Bake for an additional hour, then remove from the oven and let rest before serving.
