Ingredients

  • 3 large Apples
  • 1 tbsp Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or sweetener of choice, optional)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (121 degrees C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the apple stems and slice the apples as thinly as possible, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on the baking sheets.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the sweetener (if using) and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the apples on both sides.
  5. Bake the apple chips for 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and starting to crisp up.
  6. Remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool completely to crisp up.
