Instructions
- 1. Place oven racks in the upper and lower third of the oven and preheat to 200 degrees.
- 2. Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
- 3. Remove the stem from the apples and slice them thinly using a mandoline.
- 4. Align the apple slices on the baking sheets without overlapping.
- 5. Lightly dust the apple slices with cinnamon.
- 6. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then rotate the pans and bake for an additional 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes until dry and crisp.
- 7. Let the apple chips cool before storing them in an airtight container.
