Ingredients
The apples

sweet crisp apples, such as Honeycrisp, Fuji, Jazz, or Pink Lady
The seasoning

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
- Wash the apples and core them.
- Slice the apples horizontally into 1/8 inch-thick rounds.
- Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Sprinkle the apple slices with cinnamon.
- Bake for 1 hour, then switch the position of the baking sheets in the oven.
- Continue baking for an additional 1 to 1½ hours until the chips are crisp.
- Turn off the oven and let the chips cool in the oven for 1 hour.
