Foolproof Basque Cheesecake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend cream cheese, sugar, and ½ cup of heavy cream until smooth.
- Add eggs to the mixture and blend until smooth, then add remaining cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Whisk flour into a portion of the batter, then combine it back into the main mixture until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60 to 65 minutes until golden brown and jiggly in the center.
- Cool the cheesecake for about an hour before serving or refrigerating.
