Instructions
- Butter the cake pan and press parchment into it, ensuring it sticks.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla, beating until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the heavy cream slowly and mix until combined.
- Sift in the flour and mix until just incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until puffed and jiggly.
- Cool in the pan for about 1 hour, then remove and cool for another hour.
- Slice and serve at room temperature.
