Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cream cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¾ cups granulated sugar

  • 6 oz heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 410°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer or large bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Line a 10-inch springform pan with parchment paper, ensuring it extends past the edges.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.
  6. When the top is dark brown and almost burnt, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool on a wire rack.
  7. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.
