Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 410°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer or large bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Line a 10-inch springform pan with parchment paper, ensuring it extends past the edges.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan.
- Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.
- When the top is dark brown and almost burnt, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool on a wire rack.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.
