Basque Cheesecake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Crumple and fit parchment paper into the pan, then lightly spray or butter it.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then sift in flour and mix until just combined.
- Add cream, vanilla, and salt, and pulse a few times to combine.
- Whisk eggs in a separate bowl, then mix into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, tap to remove bubbles, and run a knife over the top.
- Bake at 425°F for 40-50 minutes until the top is dark golden brown and the center jiggles.
- Cool for 30 minutes to 2 hours before serving warm or at room temperature.
