Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease four 2-cup ramekins.
- In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil, then add garlic and onion, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, salt, and pepper, cooking until no longer pink, then stir in oregano and rosemary.
- Distribute the chicken mixture evenly among the ramekins.
- Top each ramekin with pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Let cool for a minute before serving.
