Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Place four 8-ounce oven-safe ramekins on a baking sheet and layer each with cauliflower, sauce, and cheese.
- Add any desired toppings and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bowls are hot.
