Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese with Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture in a casserole dish.
- Layer marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and turkey pepperoni on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Top with extra Parmesan and serve with pita chips and sliced mini peppers.
