Ingredients

The base

  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 4 oz turkey pepperoni
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

For serving

  • 1-2 cups pita chips
  • 2 cups mini peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese with Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture in a casserole dish.
  5. Layer marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and turkey pepperoni on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Top with extra Parmesan and serve with pita chips and sliced mini peppers.
