Instructions
- Cut the beef into strips against the grain and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients for the teriyaki sauce in a bowl and heat in a saucepan until bubbling.
- Add oil to a skillet and pan-fry the beef until slightly charred.
- Transfer the beef to a serving dish and pour the teriyaki sauce on top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions if desired, and serve immediately with steamed white rice.
