Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels.
- Toast the bread until lightly golden brown.
- Mix the mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning until combined.
- Spread the Cajun mayo on one slice of toast.
- Layer the lettuce and tomato on the other slice, then add turkey and bacon.
- Top with the slice of bread with mayo, mayo side down, and slice the sandwich in half before serving.
