Ingredients

  • 2 slices center cut bacon
  • 2 slices light wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon Hellmann’s low fat mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1-2 leaves lettuce
  • 2-3 slices tomato
  • 3 oz deli sliced turkey breast

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels.
  2. Toast the bread until lightly golden brown.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning until combined.
  4. Spread the Cajun mayo on one slice of toast.
  5. Layer the lettuce and tomato on the other slice, then add turkey and bacon.
  6. Top with the slice of bread with mayo, mayo side down, and slice the sandwich in half before serving.
