California Club Sandwich

Instructions
- Cook the bacon according to package instructions and let it dry on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of the basil mayo on one slice of toasted bread.
- Layer 2 oz of deli turkey or chicken over the mayo and add avocado slices.
- On another slice of bread, add 1-2 pieces of lettuce and a slice of tomato.
- Place 2 slices of bacon over the tomato and assemble the sandwich.
- Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches.
- Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
